11 Healthy Ish Meals We Already Have the Ingredients For

1. Thai steak salad

2. bean burritos

3. chicken enchiladas with black bean salsa

4.  the eggplant caponata I just read about on Food Lush.

5. breakfast for dinner

6.  lemon fish, frozen veggies, and rice

7.  some frozen thing from the freezer. Obviously.

8. turkey sausage and peppers

9. ravioli and roasted butternut squash

10.  tomato and basil pasta

11.  chicken and peas with rice and mint pesto

  3. Well, I’m going to vote for breakfast for dinner. Which – in my pancake-and-waffle-and-bacon-and-gallons-of-butter-and-syrup imagination – is the least healthy option. But it sounds delicious.
